Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Description

Perform day-to-day execution of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans created by and under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Perform direct client care and interventions that discourage negative behavior and encourage positive behavior to improve upon client communication, social interaction, daily living and problem-solving skills. Collect and record data based on client behavior and ongoing progress.
Required Qualifications

• An existing RBT certification
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis
• Reliability is essential
• Excellent client care, customer service, computer, organization, time management, writing, and verbal communications skills
• Ability to meet assigned goals
• Ability to pass a background check
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proof of employment eligibility/work authorization
Advantageous Qualifications

• Existing Supplementary Certifications, such as First Aid and CPR
• Completion of college coursework or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, or another related field
• Ability to speak multiple languages
