Description
We are hiring experienced entry level Behavior Technicians (BTs), with training provided. A BT performs day to day execution of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans created by and under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for children with autism. A BT works one-on-one with a child, performs direct client care and executes interventions that discourage negative behavior and encourage positive behavior that improves upon client communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills. A BT collects and records data based on client behavior and ongoing progress.
Required Qualifications
• Child care experience
• Excellent customer care, service, computer, organization, time management, writing, and verbal communications skills
• Passion to work one-on-one with children with autism
• Ability to meet assigned goals
• Ability to pass a background check
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proof of employment eligibility/work authorization
Advantageous Qualifications
• Previous ABA experience or an existing RBT certification
• Certification in First Aid and CPR
• Completion of college coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work or another human services field
• Ability to speak multiple languages

Description
The ideal candidate for this position will:
• Supervise Behavior Technicians
• Liaison with Clinical Director, other BCBAs, Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists
• Perform client evaluations and assessments, track progress, provide reporting, and monitor case quality
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will have
• 1+ years as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Licensed in the State of Michigan
• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Sociology, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field
• Working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) practices
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), their families and caregivers
• Knowledge of practices, methodologies, interventions, and treatments that benefit children with ASD
• Experience with software and systems used for ABA and related therapies
• Knowledge of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations, compliance, and confidentiality
• Excellent collaboration, organization, time management, writing, and verbal communications skills
• Strong clinical, administrative, customer service, supervisory, team building, training, and leadership skills
