With more than two decades in executive management and overseeing operations, Chris' motivation to join Bridges stems from a personal connection, with two family members on the spectrum, igniting his passion to create a positive impact in the lives of children with autism. He finds immense fulfillment in witnessing the daily progress of the kids at Bridges. Beyond his professional role, he enjoys bowling, travel, and outdoor adventures. An avid genealogy enthusiast, he crafted an extensive online family tree, tracing his lineage back through centuries.

Max holds a Master of Speech and Language Pathology. He is a Natural Language Acquisition trained SLP for Gestalt Language Processors and is also currently pursuing LAMP certification. He has been an SLP since 2017 and in management roles since 2021. Max had overcome his own communication barriers because a medical condition, which inspired him to help others do the same. He appreciates that the staff at Bridges gives their all to bring out the best in the children they support. In his spare time, he likes hiking, working out, home improvement projects, time with loved ones, and rooting for Ohio State.

Erika obtained a Master of ABA from Ball State, then became a BCBA, and has been working in the field since 2015. She is extremely passionate about the autism community and being a positive influence in the lives of others. She is committed to building personal connections with Bridges’ clients and staff. Outside of Bridges, she is an academic instructor at Arizona State University helping students achieve BCBA designation and enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, working on home improvement projects, and reading.

Paige has been in the field of ABA since 2018. She learned about ABA briefly during a course in her undergraduate program. Her sister also worked in the field at the time and referred her for a Behavior Technician role. She loves how supportive and collaborative it is at Bridges, promoting play with peers and improving social skills. The clients are happy to be here and spend time with their friends. She has a Bachelor's in Psychology and Master's in ABA. In her free time, she likes to spend time with friends and family, travel and golf.

Mackenzie has a Master of Special Education, is a BCBA, and has been in the field of ABA since 2018. She began working with children with autism as a paraprofessional in special education, transitioned to clinics in 2019, and then earned her BCBA. She loves working with kids and learning the science behind behavior intervention. She enjoys working at Bridges because everyone cares deeply about the kids, their families, and their progress.

Tina has been in the field of ABA since 2012. Her passion lies in ensuring every child experience happiness, friendship, and inclusion, and every parent hears cherished words like "I love you." She thrives on facilitating this peace for families, finding a sense of belonging at Bridges where children flourish. Tina holds degrees from Michigan State University and the Florida Institute of Technology. Off duty, she indulges in her love for reading or TV, and cherishing moments with her husband and two energetic sons.

Caitlyn started at Bridges in 2022 as a RBT, obtained a Master of ABA from Ball State University, and became a BCBA in 2024. She came across the field of ABA by accident in 2020 and ended up falling in love with it. She likes the positive and encouraging work environment at Bridges. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors, adventuring and traveling. She is also a big sports fan and spends a lot of time watching MSU.

Jen has a Bachelor of Psychology from Oakland University and is a BCaBA, currently pursuing her master's to soon be a BCBA. While in college, she passed by the ABA clinic daily and was intrigued. Since she’s always loved helping others, this seemed like a good fit, so she began to pursue that coursework and has been working in ABA since 2019. She loves how kind and helpful everyone is at Bridges, and how much the kids love being here and playing with their peers. Outside of work, she enjoys concerts and photography. She also knows how to play the ukulele.

Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and is pursuing a Master of Social Work at Oakland University, along with certification in ABA, with the goal of becoming a BCBA. Her journey into the field began in 2022 when she joined Bridges, eager to expand her knowledge and gain experience working with children with special needs. She is passionate about making a meaningful impact in their lives. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling to new places, and unwinding with a good movie.

Sydney is pursuing a Bachelor of ABA at Ball State University to become a BCaBA and started in the field in 2018. Growing up, she struggled to say her name due to a speech impediment. With the help of great therapists, she overcame that obstacle which inspired her to work in a field that helped others overcome their own unique challenges. She likes the collaborative environment at Bridges and the effective programs that help the clients achieve their highest potential. Outside of work she teaches dance, likes to bake, and loves trying new restaurants.

Sarah earned her Master's of Occupational Therapy from Wayne State University in 2022. She knew from a very early age that she wanted to work with children as an Occupational Therapist. She is thrilled that she gets to support children in becoming more independent through play-based therapy within her field. Her favorite part of working at Bridges is the teamwork, where all disciplines work together to create an exciting, collaborative environment to support each individual child and their families. When she's not at work, she enjoys working out at her CrossFit gym, crocheting blankets, reading, and spending time with her loved ones.

Kalen holds a Master's of Speech-Language Pathology from Grand Valley State University. She chose this field because she believes everyone deserves a voice and finds is so rewarding that to help a child express themselves in ways they may not have been able to before. She really enjoys the collaborative environment across disciplines at Bridges, to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, and cheering on the Detroit Lions and Tigers.

Katlin attended DePaul University for her Master's of Science in Speech-Language Pathology in 2023. She has always had a passion for working with kids, specifically those with special needs and found speech-language pathology through my undergraduate courses. Her favorite part about working at Bridges is the welcoming community and overall work environment. Everyone works as a team and so closely with the client's families, ensuring the best possible care for everyone. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her friends and family, traveling, going to concerts, and exploring Detroit.

Sarah earned her Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from Central Michigan University and has experience in both clinical and educational settings. She is passionate about supporting individuals of all ages in building their communication skills, with special interests in autism, speech and language disorders, AAC, and the Natural Language Acquisition approach for gestalt language processors. At Bridges, she loves the family-like community and the opportunity to create individualized, functional, and engaging therapy plans in collaboration with families and caregivers. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to Traverse City, attending Lions games, trying new restaurants, reading, and spending time with her dog.

Liane has been an OT working in various school systems and providing early intervention therapies since 2000. She is seasonal at Bridges, providing additional support and coverage for us during the summer months. She has a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of New Hampshire and loves working with children of all levels to improve motor development, self-regulation, and self-care skills.

Nikki supervises our Behavior Technician team. She boasts nearly seven years of dedicated experience in the field of ABA. Her journey began as a direct care worker, where she unearthed her deep-seated passion for the field and its remarkable community. She revels in the uplifting atmosphere at Bridges, cherishing the incredible children we serve and the unwavering support provided by our exceptional staff. Nikki's commitment to growth extends to her educational aspirations in ABA. Beyond her professional life, she finds joy in outdoor activities like hiking, exploring walking trails, boating adventures, camping, and immersing herself in the great outdoors.

Anna began her journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2023, initially working part-time during college to gain experience in social services. However, she quickly discovered a passion for working with children and the field of ABA. What she loves most about Bridges is the supportive and welcoming environment. She is set to graduate from Michigan State University in late 2024 with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a minor in human behavior and social services, with plans to pursue a master’s degree in the future. In her free time, she enjoys bowling, roller skating, baking, and crocheting.

Katelyn is an Administrative Supervisor handling Human Resources and our clinical intakes. She has been working in the field of ABA since 2019. She was inspired to enter the field when a good friend, who worked as an RBT, told her how rewarding it was. Her favorite part of working at Bridges is that it feels like a big family with a high level of integrity and where everyone is treated with respect. Outside of work, she loves kayaking, hiking with her dog, painting, and being a DJ on the side for fun.

Caio is an Operations Supervisor handling our scheduling and a RBT. He began his journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2020 after discovering the field at a career fair. With a longstanding love for working with children and a deep curiosity about behavioral sciences, he found his passion in supporting autistic children. What he appreciates most about Bridges is its close-knit, family-like environment. Outside of work, Caio enjoys weightlifting, reading, and playing video games. He is also fluent in Portuguese and is currently learning Italian.

Tim oversees billing operations at Bridges, seamlessly blending his healthcare expertise with financial acumen to ensure that billing processes run smoothly, ethically, and efficiently. As a licensed Physical Therapist, he brings a unique perspective that prioritizes both financial integrity and patient care. His meticulous attention to detail helps safeguard the organization’s financial health while ensuring compliance and accuracy in all billing procedures. His commitment to ethical billing practices and operational excellence supports Bridges’ mission to provide exceptional care to the families we serve.

In addition to managing special projects, Constance plays a vital role in supporting the billing operations team at Bridges, ensuring that all charges are compliant, thoroughly reviewed, and processed with accuracy. As a parent of a child with special needs, she has a deep personal connection to her work and finds fulfillment in contributing to a field where she can make a meaningful impact. In her free time, Constance enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, dining out, and traveling whenever possible.

Carrie began her career in the Records Division of the Shelby Township Police Department, where she dedicated years of service before retiring in 2019. She holds an associate’s degree in general studies, though her original ambition was to become a firefighter. A devoted mother of three, she has firsthand experience navigating the challenges and joys of raising a child with ADHD and Autism. In her free time, Carrie enjoys camping, riding motorcycles, reading, and traveling across the country in her RV. She also cherishes time spent with her senior Great Danes, including a beloved rescue.

Amanda is an RBT and has been in the field of ABA since 2021. She worked in retail for years but wanted more fulfilling work so, during the height of the pandemic, she started working in ABA, and she feels like she was meant for it. She very much appreciates the support she gets from Bridges’ staff and the readiness with which everyone helps one another. Outside of work, she loves playing word games and listening to audiobooks.

Katie began her journey in ABA in 2022 and earned her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in 2024. Inspired by her sibling’s experience in ABA and the incredible progress they made, she decided to pursue a career in the field. She is currently studying psychology at Macomb Community College and is passionate about helping others thrive. What she loves most about Bridges is the supportive and encouraging environment for both staff and clients. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and sharing her love of dance through teaching.

Melanie has been in the field of ABA since 2017. She chose the field because of her love for children and wanted to make a difference in their lives. She loves the positive environment, and everyone is so helpful and professional. Melanie completed her Bachelor's in Family Life Education and Associate's in Psychology. She enjoys outdoor adventures, hiking, kayaking, gardening, cooking, photography, spending time with her husband and loved ones, and is a huge animal lover!

Jaclyn is currently studying Exercise Science at Grand Valley State University and aspires to become a BCBA in the future. She has been in ABA since 2021 and entered the field on the recommendation of her cousin, a BCBA, who suggested that she would enjoy it. She was right! She loves the friendly staff at Bridges and watching the clients learn while having fun in a supportive environment. Outside of work, she loves working out and reading.

Paige has been in the field of ABA since 2021. She chose to work in this field because she loves to work with kids and help build their independence. Her favorite part of Bridges is the healthy work environment and the amount of support that is given. She is at Oakland University studying Elementary Education and her favorite hobbies include golfing, camping, and spending time with family. One interesting fact about Paige is that she played hockey for 16 years.

Loren has been in the field of ABA since 2018. After working in ABA during college and falling in love with it, she changed her major and earned a Bachelor's in Psychology, with plans to obtain a Master's. Her favorite part about Bridges is how open and supportive the environment is for clients and staff. In her spare time, she loves time outside with her daughter, and cooking and baking.

Abbey has been in ABA since 2020. She chose to work in ABA because she has a cousin with autism who she adores, and seeing how ABA helped him so much made her want to help others in the same way! Her favorite part of working at Bridges is how warm and welcoming it is. She is attending Oakland University working on her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and then plans on attending grad school to become a BCBA. Her favorite hobbies are spending time with friends and family and watching University of Michigan football!

Mandy chose to work in this field because she loves working with children and the rewards of being able to help others. Her favorite part about working at Bridges is how helpful and kind all the staff is. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with family and being outside as much as possible. An interesting fact is that she is a licensed esthetician and makeup artist.

Dana was drawn to ABA to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and adolescents. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is beginning a Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Wayne State University. Her favorite part of working at Bridges is witnessing the incredible progress of clients each day. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor photography, camping, reading Agatha Christie novels, writing poetry, baking, thrifting, and spending time with her rescue dog, Allie.

Eric has an Associate of General Studies, is a Certified Nutrition Coach, and is a RBT. Eric has been a Behavior Technician since 2018 and entered the field of ABA because his cousin has autism and he saw the progress that he was making receiving ABA services. His favorite part of ABA is seeing the kids progress and hearing happy parents when they see ABA paying off. Outside of work, he enjoys working out and learning more about nutrition.

Ashley currently attends Ball State University where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Special Education and plans to continue on to obtain a Master of ABA. She is eager to learn everything she can about ABA so that she can help kids and teens, especially those in the juvenile justice system. She loves the high-morale atmosphere at Bridges where everyone cares deeply about the kids and the quality of care they are providing. Outside of work she loves going to hockey with her nephew and hanging out with her dog Suka and once played softball in college.

Riley is an RBT and has been in the field of ABA since 2021. Since being diagnosed with autism as a child, she knew she wanted to help others on the spectrum. In high school, she took practicum courses where she assisted those with ASD, teaching them daily life skills and independence and decided to pursue it as a career. She loves hearing from parents about the progress their child has made as a result of ABA. Outside of work she likes reading, biking and video games.

Since July 2017, Heather has been dedicated to ABA, driven by a passion for helping others. At Bridges, the rewarding environment, inspiring children, supportive families, and dedicated team make every day fulfilling. She graduated with a bachelor's in criminal justice in 2014, and her interests extend to competitive horse riding and volunteering for horseback therapy. As a devoted parent and grandparent, she cherishes family time and shares a love for sports.

Huy is studying Psychology at Wayne State University. He spent 6 years working at a Boy Scout Summer camp which led him to want to work with kids. Ultimately, his goal is to become a High School Guidance Counselor. He loves the friendly and supportive work environment at Bridges. Outside of work, he is a photographer, streamer, wrestling coach, and ultimate frisbee player.

Maddie was exposed to working with autistic children while volunteering for a therapeutic horseback riding program, which she really enjoyed. She likes how close everyone is at Bridges to make it feel like a family, and that everyone genuinely cares for the kids and their quality of therapy. She has an Animal Science degree and is hoping to obtain a Masters in Speech Language Pathology because it really fascinates her. Outside of work, she likes to read books, workout at a cycle studio, watch the tigers, and spend time with her animals.

Natalya has a degree in Criminal Justice and Youth Services and has always wanted to work with kids and make a difference in their lives. She was introduced to the field during work at a homeless shelter and kids who received ABA. Her favorite part of work at Bridges is how each client is unique, and it feels like one big family. In her spare time, she enjoys exercise, shopping and spending time with family, friends and her dog.

Courtney is pursuing a Bachelor of Psychology from Oakland University. She loves working with kids and having a nephew on the Spectrum led her to want to learn more about how to better help the autistic population. She began at Bridges in 2023 and loves the sense of community and eagerness to help. She also loves seeing all the kids and the diversity of their personalities. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and being outdoors.

Kierstin chose to work in ABA because she always knew she wanted to help people and has friends that work in the field. Her favorite part of working for Bridges is how helpful fellow staff are, and how everyone works as a team. She graduated from Oakland University with Bachelor's in Psychology in Spring 2024. Outside of work, she enjoys being outside, playing with her cat, and hanging out with friends.

Jordan discovered the field of ABA while searching for psychology-related careers. She hold bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Michigan State University and am currently pursuing my master’s in ABA at Ball State University to become a BCBA. Her favorite part of working at Bridges is the fun, supportive environment where teamwork thrives. In her free time, she enjoys coloring and spending time with my two younger siblings.

Carmen joined the field of ABA inspired by her niece and nephew with autism and her passion for caring for children. Her favorite part of working at Bridges is the incredible teamwork and genuine care everyone shows for the kids. In her free time, she enjoy walks, beach days, swimming, listening to music, and playing with dogs and cats - even though she's allergic. A fun fact about her is that she can walk on her hands, and her biggest dream is to be a mom.

Taylor chose to pursue a career in ABA because of her deep passion for helping children reach their full potential. Her favorite part of working at Bridges is witnessing the joy and excitement on the children’s faces when they achieve their goals — moments that make all the hard work worthwhile. Currently a sophomore at Oakland University, Taylor is working towards her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, eager to expand her knowledge and make a lasting impact in the field. Outside of work and school, she enjoys reading, hiking, and playing pickleball, always seeking new ways to stay active and engaged.

Madelaine has been working in the field of ABA since 2020. She is currently enrolled at Oakland University in the Behavioral and Integrative Sciences (BIS) program and plans to pursue her master’s degree to become a BCBA. Her passion for working with individuals with special needs began in middle school through her involvement with Special Olympics. Her favorite part about working at Bridges is being part of meaningful milestones that lead to significant breakthroughs in client progress. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active with her pets, Grimm and Ozzy.

Tiffany is a devoted mother to a 7-year-old son on the spectrum, deeply shaping her passion for ABA therapy. Inspired by the incredible progress her son made and the invaluable lessons she gained through his therapy experience, she felt compelled to join the field. At Bridges, she loves working with the amazing kids, collaborating with supportive staff, and continuously expanding her knowledge. She has a strong interest in behavioral studies and is considering furthering her education in the field. Outside of work, she enjoys visiting aquariums, exploring beaches in search of unique rocks and seashells, and taking road trips with her family.

Jessicca previously worked in group homes supporting adults with autism and other disabilities. She loves working with people with disabilities and wanted to further expand her skills and experience by working with kids. Her favorite parts of working at Bridges are getting to help clients and working with such a great team. Outside of work she enjoys reading, spending time with family and her pets, and gaming.

Emma chose to work in the field of ABA because she loves being around kids and wanted a career that aligns with her passion for helping others. She enjoys building connections with the children she works with and seeing their progress each day. Her favorite part of working at Bridges is the supportive and caring environment, where both clients and staff genuinely look out for one another. She is currently studying Psychology at Macomb Community College and plans to earn her Associate’s degree before continuing toward a Master’s. Outside of work and school, she enjoys practicing yoga and collecting crystals, finding both to be great ways to relax and stay centered.

Jennifer has been working has been in the field of ABA since 2023. Her passion for helping children led her to the field, and wanted to ensure that every child had a voice and make a positive difference in their lives. Her favorite part of working at Bridges is that it is such a happy and positive atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and cares about each other like family. She has a Bachelor's in Psychology from Central Michigan, and is currently pursuing my Master's in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis with the goal of becoming a BCBA. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family, reading, doing crafts, going on adventures, and exploring.

Crystal has over 20 years of experience in the medical field, most recently as a licensed paramedic. She has a nephew with autism and saw firsthand how ABA therapy improves life skills. Her favorite part of Bridges is the team environment and the excitement that everyone has when clients reach their goals. Outside of work she loves being outdoors, playing golf, reading, going to concerts and spending time with her husband and puppies.

Mirna joined ABA out of a passion for connecting with children with autism and building meaningful bonds. She is currently studying Education at Wayne State University with minors in Spanish and Psychology, and speaks three languages—English, Chaldean, and Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys watercolor painting, arts and crafts, and staying active with biking, walking, and dance workouts. What she loves most about Bridges is the supportive, understanding team that always has your back.

Kylee has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since June 2025. She was drawn to ABA out of a passion for working with children and making a positive difference in their lives. Her favorite part about working at Bridges Spectrum Therapy is the supportive team and welcoming company culture. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, gaming, and cooking

Logan began working in the field ABA driven by a passion for working with children and a strong interest in psychology. With personal connections to individuals on the autism spectrum, he was motivated to learn more about autism and found ABA to be a meaningful and engaging field while in school. His favorite part about working at Bridges is the children—seeing their progress, even in small steps, makes each day rewarding—along with the supportive and caring team he works alongside. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities such as biking, rollerblading, and hiking, as well as gaming and spending time with friends and family.

Emily has been working in ABA since 2022. Her interest in ABA began while working as a SPED aide, where she became curious about supporting students who engaged in challenging behaviors. After learning more about ABA, she realized it was a rewarding field she wanted to continue in. Her favorite part about working at Bridges is the welcoming, family-like environment and the support she receives to continue her education. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Houston Downtown and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in ABA at Capella University to become a BCBA. In her free time, she enjoys exploring local coffee shops, and spending quality time with her husband and family.

Eva brings four years of experience working with children as a nanny. She was drawn to ABA when the opportunity arose while searching for internships for school and quickly found the field to be a great fit. Her favorite part about working at Bridges is the kind, supportive team and the fun, playful environment created with the children. Eva is currently attending Oakland University and plans to graduate with her bachelor’s degree in psychology in April 2026. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing with her pets, and participating in board games, Jackbox games, and hands-on activities.

Yajaira began her journey in the field of ABA because she is working toward becoming an Occupational Therapist and is passionate about supporting children with autism as they discover their strengths and celebrate their progress. Her favorite part about working at Bridges is the strong teamwork and the kind, supportive environment shared by the entire team. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences at Oakland University and plans to attend Wayne State University for occupational therapy school. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Luke began working in the field of ABA after seeing the positive impact it had on his nephew, who is on the autism spectrum, and how the support helped him progress alongside his peers in school. Luke’s favorite part about working at Bridges is witnessing how effective the programs are and how quickly clients make meaningful progress. He is currently a junior at Oakland University, majoring in Psychology. Outside of work, Luke enjoys hiking, fishing, and reading. An interesting fact about Luke is that he is the first in his family to pursue a degree in psychology.

Cecilia chose to pursue ABA because of her passion for working with children and her love for helping them make progress and achieve their goals. Her favorite part about working at Bridges Spectrum Therapy is building meaningful connections with the children and supporting their growth and learning. Cecilia is currently a junior at Oakland University, pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and kayaking. An interesting fact about Cecilia is that she trained in gymnastics for 15 years.

Anita has been working in ABA since 2019. She was drawn to ABA because she finds working with children both challenging and rewarding and values being part of the process as children reach important milestones. Her favorite part about working at Bridges is the strong teamwork and collaboration focused on supporting each child’s success. Anita holds bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Elementary Education from Eastern Michigan University and earned her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University in 2022. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, watching scary movies, playing video games, and going on weekend outings.

Alexandria has been working in the field of ABA since 2020 and has developed a deep passion for supporting children and celebrating every milestone they achieve. She chose to work in ABA because she loves seeing the progress clients make and finds it especially rewarding to watch their confidence grow. Her favorite part about working at Bridges is the welcoming and supportive environment, where the team is dedicated not only to the clients but to one another. Alexandria is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in ABA at Arizona State University to continue building her skills and better serve the families she works with. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughters, doing crafts, exploring new places, and going on little adventures together.

Payton became interested in ABA therapy due to her deep passion for helping others and her desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism. One of the things she loves most about working at Bridges is the close-knit community and the welcoming atmosphere of the clinic, where she feels truly valued as part of a dedicated team. She is pursuing her Master's in Speech-Language Pathology at Wayne State University, further expanding her expertise in communication and developmental support. Outside of work and school, she enjoys expressing her creativity through painting and drawing, as well as spending quality time with her friends.
