Clinical Director,
Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst

Erika started as a Behavior Tech in 2015 and not long after became a BCBA. Outside of Bridges, she is an academic instructor at Arizona State University, helping students become a BCBA. She loves making an impact in the lives of others and is extremely passionate about the autism community. She loves developing personal connections with Bridges clients and staff. Outside of work, she spends time with her husband, dog Stetson, on home improvement and reading.

Chris M.
Director of Operations

Chris is new to working in the field of ABA. He previously worked as a director over operations in the transportation industry but has two family members on the spectrum and decided to join Bridges to make a difference in the lives of children with autism. He loves seeing the kids every day and watching their progress. When not at work, Chris likes bowling, traveling and outdoor activities. He is also a genealogy enthusiast and has built an extensive family tree online, going back centuries.

Jordan C.
Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst

Jordan has been a BCBA for over six years, originally looking for a job working with children and stumbling across ABA. As a Behavior Technician, she immediately fell in love with the field. She loves that everyone at Bridges is passionate and dedicated to our kids and program. She has a Bachelor's in Communication Sciences and Disorders, and Master's in ABA. She enjoys cooking, playing cards and board games, and spending time with her son, boyfriend and their dog.

Mackenzie M.
Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst

Mackenzie has been in the field for over five years. She began working with children with autism as a paraprofessional in special education, transitioned to clinics in 2019, and earned her BCaBA and then BCBA. She loves to learn the science behind behavior intervention and loves working with kids. She loves working at Bridges because everyone deeply cares about our families, clients, and their progress. She has a Bachelor's in Elementary Education and Master's in Special Education.

Jennifer W.
Board Certified and Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst

Jennifer has been working in ABA since 2019. While in college at Oakland University getting her Bachelor's, she passed by their ABA clinic daily, looked into it more and it sounded like something she would love doing. She's always loved helping people. She loves how kind and helpful everyone is at Bridges, and how much the kids love being here and playing with their peers. Outside of work, she loves concerts and photography. She also knows how to play the ukulele.

Eric D.
Lead Behavior Technician

Eric has been a Behavior Technician for over five years. He started in ABA because his cousin has autism and he saw the progress that he was making receiving ABA services. His favorite part of ABA is seeing the kids progress and hearing happy parents when they see ABA paying off. Eric has an Associates in general studies and is a Certified Nutrition Coach, and is preparing for his RBT exam. He enjoys working out and learning more about nutrition.

Practicum Student

Jessica has been in the field of ABA for about 2½ years. She received her Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University where she studied Psychology. She is currently enrolled in a Master's program at Ball State University, studying Applied Behavior Analysis to become a BCBA. She loves to travel, with plans to go to France in May 2023. She also loves spending time with friends and family.

Caio R.
Registered Behavior Technician

Caio started in ABA over three years ago after being introduced to it at a career fair. He always liked kids and understanding more of behaviors. His favorite part of working at Bridges is that it is more of a family environment, and he gets closer contact with the clinicians and management. He is working towards his Associate's and plans to study Psychology and obtain a Master's in ABA. Outside of work, he likes weight lifting, reading and playing video games. Caio also speaks Portugese and is learning Italian.

Katelyn N.
Behavior Technician

Katelyn has been in the field of ABA for over three years. She was inspired to get into ABA because a good friend worked as an RBT and talked about how rewarding it was. Her favorite part of working at Bridges is how it feels like a big family, everyone is treated with respect and has great integrity and values. She is studying psychology at Macomb Community College to be a BCBA someday. She loves kayaking, hiking with her dog, painting, and being a DJ on the side for fun.

Rachel N.
Behavior Technician

Rachel is new to the field of ABA, starting with Bridges last year with a desire to learn more about working with children with special needs. She is currently attending Oakland University to pursue her Master's degree in Social Work, recently having received her Bachelor's in Criminal Justice. During her free time, she loves to read, travel, and watch movies.

Amanda P.
Behavior Technician

Amanda has been in the field of ABA for almost two years now. She worked in retail for years, but wanted more fulfilling work. During the height of the pandemic, she started working in ABA and she feels like she was meant for it. She said the best part of working at Bridges is the support she gets from staff, everyone helps one another to the best of their ability. In her off time, she loves playing word games and listening to audio books.

Alana is new to the field of ABA and spreads her time between our back office, front desk and on our floor working as a Behavior Technician. She loves kids and finds their personality and way of thinking interesting. She hopes to make a positive difference in their lives and development. She loves shopping, cosmetics, music, and spending time with her family and friends. She loves traveling, especially an island or on a beach.

Alyssa is new to the field of ABA, joining Bridges in 2022. She loves helping people and working with kids, and wanted to make a difference in their lives. She loves that Bridges feels like a family and comfortable, that she is appreciated, and everyone is so great. She is currently going to school at Oakland University studying Psychology. Outside of work, she loves to read and crochet.

Mackenzie C.

Mackenzie has been in the field of ABA for four years now. A good friend of hers told her about ABA, got her in the field and got her feet wet into special education teaching. From there, she decided she wanted to become a BCBA. She is attending Wayne State University for an undergraduate degree in Special Education, after which she plans to get a Master's in ABA therapy and become a BCBA. Her favorite hobbies are journaling and reading books.

Sierra D.
Behavior Technician

Sierra is new to ABA therapy, had always heard about the field and was interested in working with children. She loves meeting all of the new kids at Bridges and how welcoming the other staff are. She has an undergrad in Psychology and is halfway through a Master's program in Social Work focusing on interpersonal practice. She hopes to eventually work in a school or provide family and couple's therapy. Outside of work, she enjoys working out and cooking.
